Recruitment process

Incoming application

On receipt of the application documents, the relevant data is entered into the system. The applicant receives a confirmation of receipt.

Pre-selection

The application documents are carefully checked by both the recruiter and the hiring manager, and the candidate’s profile is compared with the requirements of the vacancy. If they match, initial contact is made with the candidate.

Initial interview (online via Teams)

The initial interview takes place virtually via Microsoft Teams. In the course of the interview, we focus on getting to know the candidate and presenting the company, as well as discussing qualifications and mutual expectations. After the interview, the applicant usually has a one-day reflection period to think about feedback. We then contact the applicant with feedback from our side.

Second interview (in person on site)

A physical appointment is arranged for the second interview. The necessary qualifications are discussed in more detail during the second interview. The candidate is also given the opportunity to discover the team, the working environment and the corporate culture.

Further verifications

Depending on the position, further checks may be necessary. These include obtaining references and, if necessary, carrying out professional tests or assessments. Personal security screening (PSS) also takes place if required for the position.

Offer

If both sides agree, we draw up a contract offer and send it to the applicant. At this stage, any outstanding questions about the terms and conditions can be clarified and the start date set.

Employment & onboarding

As soon as the applicant has accepted the offer and signed the contract, we start preparing the onboarding process. The new employee is welcomed to the company and receives all the information they need to get off to a good start.
